LEGO 71050 Spider-Verse Collectable Minifigures Officially Revealed!

Hey fellow brick builders! As someone who’s been collecting LEGO Minifigures for over a decade, I couldn’t contain my excitement when LEGO officially revealed the LEGO 71050 Spider-Verse collectable minifigures. After diving deep into all the official details, initial teasers, and early reports from other collectors, I can confidently say this wave is going to be absolutely spectacular – and I’ve got some insider tips that might save you time, money, and a lot of frustration when hunting for your favorites.

Having followed this series since the first rumors surfaced, and now seeing the official reveal, I can tell you that these LEGO 71050 Spider-Verse collectable minifigures are going to fly off the shelves when they launch September 1st. Here’s everything that we know so far from the official LEGO Store reveal, plus my honest thoughts on whether they’re worth your hard-earned LEGO budget.

The Official Lineup: All 12 Characters Revealed!

LEGO has officially confirmed the complete roster, and honestly, they knocked it out of the park with character selection. Here’s the full LEGO 71050 Spider-Verse collectable minifigures lineup:

Miles Morales (Spider-Man) – Features a newly detailed suit with red webbing highlights and electric blue accents. The printing quality looks incredible from the official photos.

Miles G. Morales (Prowler) – The alternate universe version of Miles as the villain, which should make for an interesting contrast with the heroic Miles figure.

Gwen Stacy (Spider-Gwen) – With her signature white, pink and black hooded suit, Gwen Stacy also comes with a brand new hair piece featuring her iconic blonde hair with hints of light pink at the end. Her accessory is a 2×2 printed tile of a photo of her and Miles. That photo tile accessory is such a thoughtful touch!

Spider-Punk (Hobie Brown) – Hobie Brown is featured in the series with a brand-new, crazy hairpiece, along with an alternative version of his mohawk and mask combination. The character’s torso and legs are extremely detailed, with the character’s red guitar completing the heavy punk look. This is probably going to be my chase figure.

Spider-Man India (Pavitr Prabhakar) – Just like the other characters, he comes with a unique hairpiece, along with accessories of a white chai cup and Spider-Cat. I love that they included Spider-Cat as an accessory!

Peter B. Parker & Mayday – A two-in-one figure here with Peter B. Parker included in his dad robe along with baby Mayday. Peter looks to be in his pink bathroom robe and blue pyjamas, whilst the incredibly adorable Mayday is in a front carrier attached to the main figure. This is such a clever way to include both characters.

Spider-Man 2099 (Miguel O’Hara) – The future Spider-Man known as Spider-Man 2099 comes with a dark navy suit with hints of red. His accessory looks to be an element of his time device. Perfect for fans of the character’s more recent appearances.

Werewolf Spider-Man – Half Spider-Man and half werewolf hybrid, this minifig features a classic werewolf headpiece, but with red mask printing.

Spider-Byte (Margo Kess) – A digital Spider-person with unique cybernetic details that should translate beautifully to LEGO’s aesthetic. This minifigure version of Margo Kess features a blue translucent color scheme, including a tablet accessory.

Web-Slinger (Patrick O’Hara) – cowboy Spider-Man Patrick O’Hara, the Web-Slinger, coming with his horse Widow. A LEGO horse accessory? Yes, please!

Cyborg Spider-Woman (Petra Parker) – Another extremely unique and extremely detailed character is Cyborg Spider-Woman, who comes with plenty of printing on her legs and torso. She also includes a range of mechanical elements for one of her arms and some armour on the opposite shoulder.

Sun-Spider (Charlotte Webber) – A Spider-Hero who uses two black arm crutches in LEGO Minifigure form. The character includes mainly black and orange on its torso and legs, along with a grey backwards cap to complete the figure. I appreciate LEGO including representation like this.

What Makes This CMF Wave Special (From a Collector’s Perspective)

After collecting CMFs since the very first series, I can tell you that the LEGO 71050 Spider-Verse collectable minifigures have several things going for them that make me genuinely excited:

Unique Character Selection: Instead of playing it safe with multiple Peter Parker variants, LEGO went deep into the Spider-Verse multiverse. This set marks the physical debut of Spider-Punk, and period debuts of Spider-Byte, Spider-Man India, Werewolf Spider-Man, Sun-Spider, Web-Slinger and Prowler (Miles Morales). These are characters we’ve never seen in LEGO form before!

Premium Accessories & Details: Many of the 71050 Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse minifigures feature unique arm and leg printing, dual-moulded legs and character-specific accessories, with striking trans-orange display stands echoing the ground-breaking visual style of the animated film. Those trans-orange stands are going to look amazing on display.

Quality Printing: From what I can see in the official images, the printing quality is top-notch. The attention to detail on characters like Spider-Punk’s torso and Cyborg Spider-Woman’s mechanical elements shows LEGO really understands what makes these characters special.

Pricing & Availability: What You Need to Know

The LEGO 71050 Spider-Verse collectable minifigures are priced at £3.49, $4.99 or €3.99 each and they will be available from September 1st over at LEGO.com

For those wanting to avoid the blind box hunt, you can pre-order a 6-pack for $29.94 from Walmart or LEGO. These usually contain unique minifigures, and chances are high that you might get a full set if you get 2 different boxes.

My honest take on the pricing: Yes, it’s more expensive than CMFs used to be, but when you consider the exclusive prints, new molds, and the fact that many of these characters will probably never appear in regular sets, the value proposition makes sense.

Final Thoughts From One Collector to Another

The LEGO 71050 Spider-Verse collectable minifigures represent everything I love about this hobby – great characters, attention to detail, and that perfect blend of nostalgia and innovation that keeps me coming back for more.

Whether you’re displaying them in your office, building custom Spider-Verse scenes, or just enjoying them as desk companions during work calls, I think you’re going to love what LEGO has put together here.
